What we collect

When you contact The OC Project, request a quote, submit a project enquiry, make a booking or join the mailing list, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, company, school, studio or organisation, and the details you choose to share about your enquiry, participants or project.

Please only provide personal or sensitive information about another person where you have their permission, authority or another appropriate reason to share it.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, plan and deliver workshops or creative work, manage bookings and payments, communicate with clients and maintain useful business records for current and future work with you.

We do not sell your personal information.

Mailing list

If you join the mailing list, we’ll use your name, email address and selected interests to send occasional Corporate, Education or Live updates.

You can choose more than one area of interest and unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us.

Submitting an enquiry or making a booking does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Payments

Payments may be processed using third-party payment services. The OC Project does not directly store full payment-card details where these are handled by the payment provider.

Storage, access and sharing

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and limit access to the people and service providers who need it to operate The OC Project’s website, email, forms, bookings and business records.

Information may be stored or processed by trusted technology providers used to run those services. We only share information where it is reasonably necessary to provide the service you asked for, where you have agreed, or where required by law.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose it was collected, legitimate business and record-keeping needs, or applicable legal requirements.

Access and correction

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, unsubscribe from marketing communications or raise a privacy concern by emailing hello@theocproject.com.

We’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to confirm your identity before providing or changing personal information.
